proven record of building and scaling companies across multiple industries. As
the Co-Founder of WeWorking Sports, he brings extensive experience in
business development, finance, and operations, creating the foundation for
athlete management, brand growth, and long-term career success.
As the Founder and CEO of Shield Investment Group, Inc., Frank has led a diverse
portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, entertainment, and consumer brands.
His ability to identify opportunity and build sustainable value has earned him a
reputation for turning vision into lasting enterprise. From multimillion-dollar
property developments to brand expansion and strategic partnerships, Frank’s
leadership is defined by integrity, precision, and foresight.

Co-Founder
César Boaventura is a Portuguese football agent recognized for his expertise and
trusted relationships across European and international football. He began his
career in player representation in 2014 when he founded GIC Sports, which has
grown into one of the most respected agencies in the global market. Encouraged
by former players who saw his unique blend of football knowledge, strategic
vision, and leadership, César entered the industry to bring a more ethical and
structured approach to representation.
Over the past decade, César has built an extensive international network,
completing more than €300 million in player transfers across top European
leagues and emerging markets such as the Middle East. He has played a key role
in major moves for players including Anthony Martial, Jules Koundé, Luuk de
Jong, Davinson Sánchez, Tanguy Ndombele, Adnan Januzaj, Munir El Haddadi, and
Cengiz Ünder.
Guided by professionalism, ethics, and loyalty, César believes a player’s success
extends far beyond transfers. It is achieved through strategy, transparency, and
the careful management of both career and image. His reputation for discretion

Steve Lobel is a respected entrepreneur, talent manager, and brand visionary
with more than three decades of experience discovering and developing world-
class talent. As Co-Founder of WeWorking Sports, he brings his deep background
in management, marketing, and cultural leadership to help athletes grow their
careers, expand their influence, and build brands that stand the test of time.
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Steve was mentored by the legendary Jam
Master Jay of Run-DMC, who introduced him to the entertainment industry. From
there, he went on to manage and collaborate with some of the most iconic
names in music, including 2Pac, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Nipsey Hussle, Fat Joe,
and Run-DMC. His ability to recognize talent early, build relationships, and turn
potential into legacy made him one of the most trusted figures in entertainment.
As CEO of A2Z Entertainment and WeWorking, Steve has mastered the art of
connecting culture and business. His approach blends creative strategy with
authenticity, helping artists and brands reach new audiences through
storytelling, visibility, and influence. Through WeWorking Sports, he applies that
same vision and relentless drive to athlete representation, empowering clients to

Yonatan Meyer
Co-Founder
Yonatan Meyer is an investor and capital markets executive with more than
fifteen years of experience structuring and managing capital across venture
platforms, private investment vehicles, and global financial institutions. At
WeWorking Sports, he leads investment strategy and wealth development
initiatives, helping athletes transform career earnings into long-term,
sustainable enterprises.
He serves as a Partner at a Florida-based single family office, where he oversees
capital allocation, due diligence, and portfolio management across consumer
brands and emerging lifestyle sectors. His focus is on identifying scalable
opportunities, structuring disciplined investments, and building diversified
portfolios designed for durable growth and long-term value. His approach
combines institutional rigor with entrepreneurial perspective, ensuring that
capital is deployed strategically and responsibly.
Previously, Yonatan was a Partner at Casa Verde Capital, where he helped raise
more than $250 million across multiple funds and deployed capital into over
twenty companies spanning technology and branded consumer sectors. Earlier
in his career, he spent seven years in the Investment Banking Division at
Citigroup, executing more than $20 billion in sovereign debt and liability
management transactions across global markets.
Yonatan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Tufts
University. At WeWorking Sports, he brings institutional precision and disciplined
capital strategy to every client relationship, empowering athletes to build
structured wealth, own meaningful equity, and create financial legacies that
extend far beyond their playing careers.
